Terms of Service

DozyDon Network is an IPFS publishing interface. Uploads are content-addressed and may be replicated by distributed systems. We can disable access via our website and stop pinning content from our infrastructure for prohibited content, policy violations, or legal requirements.

1) Eligibility and use

You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. We may restrict or block access to protect users and the service.

2) Your uploads

You represent that you own or have permission to upload and publish the content, including rights in any depicted persons, trademarks, or copyrighted works. You remain responsible for what you upload.

3) Prohibited content

  • Illegal content, including exploitation content, CSAM, or any material that violates criminal laws.
  • Copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution of protected works.
  • Doxxing, harassment, threats, or content designed to harm others.
  • Malware, exploits, or content intended to compromise systems.

4) CIDs and availability

IPFS uses content addressing. A CID is derived from file bytes and is immutable. Availability depends on pinning/replication; we do not guarantee universal availability across third-party gateways.

5) Enforcement

We may remove content from featured areas, disable access via our site/gateway, and/or stop pinning from our nodes for policy or legal reasons.

6) Copyright process

If you believe content infringes copyright, see DMCA/Abuse.

7) Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
